1 · Post jobs
- Create background postings with production, role, shoot date, location and eligibility details.
- Edit posting details and open/close postings while preserving the canonical gig identity.
- Use BGNow's shared six-digit GIG ORDER # for clearer reference.
2 · Check availability
- See explicit Available / Not Available responses for your own postings.
- Review required confirmations and conflicts across the posting's required shoot dates.
- Confirmed BGNow bookings can flag blocked dates without exposing private booking details.
3 · Book actors
- Review submitted performers for postings owned by your approved organization.
- Book an eligible submitted performer through the server-authoritative booking workflow.
- Same-day conflict protection is designed to prevent a second confirmed booking for the same performer/date.
Performer-private information stays separated
Queen Bee access is intentionally scoped to the agency/casting workflow. Performer-private SETDAY records, personal payment tracking, private voucher records and unrelated work-history information are not part of the Queen Bee applicant/booking view.
Organization boundaries
A Queen Bee's posting and applicant access is scoped to its approved organization. BGNow regression coverage specifically checks cross-agency isolation.
Why controlled beta?
BGNow is keeping agency rollout deliberate while real workflows are validated. That makes it possible to improve job posting, availability checks and booking coordination before broader agency access.
